petnat-2024-bio
PETNAT 2024 ORGANIC

The first wine from the superb 2024 vintage, the Clos sans frontières PetNat, made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Chenin Blanc, reveals an intriguing golden-yellow color with an orangey hue in the glass. The natural effervescence is immediately noticeable, releasing fruity aromas of apple and citrus. The flavors on the palate are persistent. Citrus notes come through, including a hint of bitter orange, making this a wonderfully refreshing wine to enjoy on its own, with a meal, and especially in good company.

Varietal : Chardonnay 20%, pinot noir 40% et chenin blanc 40%

Vintage : 2024

Vines

Planted in sandy-loamy soil in the Silo Parcel in 2017 and in the Tower Parcel in 2020

Manual leaf stripping and hand-picked, grape bunches carefully sorted

Grown under organic management

Vinification

Indigenous yeast

No tannins, enzymes or sugar added

No fining, vegan

Bottling

Natural sparkling wine: fermentation finished in bottle

Lightly filtered wine containing deposits

No sulphites added

750 ml bottles

Degree of alcohol : 13.0 %

Residual sugar content : 3.1 g/l

Total SO2 content (natural sulfites, no added sulfites) : < 5.0 mg/l
