Produced uniquely with this great grape variety still rare in Quebec, our second vintage of Syrah continues to reveal its full potential, starting with its beautiful dark red color. It then reveals a charming nose of black cherries and spicy notes. With a beautiful persistence, the palate is well balanced between fruit and light tannins that promise great longevity. Ideal for grilled dishes, but also pairs well with vegetarian dishes and cheeses.

- Manual leaf stripping and hand-picked, grape bunches carefully sorted

Vinification
- Indigenous yeast

- Aged in stainless steel tanks for 9 months

- Unfiltered wine, may contain deposits
- No sulfites added
