ROUGE D'APÉR0 2024 ORGANIC
Original blend of Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc, this new cuvée highlights two emblematic grape varieties of the Clos sans frontières. With its beautiful deep garnet-red color, the wine reveals pleasant fruity aromas, dominated by blueberries and blackberries, accompanied by a slight hint of vanilla. The attack is indulgent, with crisp fruit reminiscent of blueberry jam. The supple tannins make it an easy-drinking red, best served at about 15–16°C as an aperitif or at the table, paired with poultry or flavorful fish such as trout or salmon.
